Orphan School

As a part of social activity done by Dadi Veerunaidu College NSS Units, the team visited SHREYA FOUNDATION, a School for disabled children, DAYA CHILDREN HOME an orphanage in ANAKAPALLE. The team members carried some goodies and rakhis to create a bond with the students. Even they carried some crayons, watercolors, pens, pencils for the kids to make them carry out some fun activities and engage them. Fresh Fruits were provided to them.

The Rakhi festival was celebrated with the kids of The orphanage where the girls tied rakhi to some of the team members and that created a special bond between all. Chocolates were provided as sweets for them. Later a musical chair, fashion walk, and drawing competition for held for kids where their creativity was displayed.

The gifts were given to the kids of the Orphanage. The Goodbyes were hard and left the Orphanage with a mixture of good feelings and sad emotions. The visit encouraged us to do more for the needy and help them. The experience was very memorable. It was an unforgettable trip.
